Pumpkin Cream Cheese Pie (Keto)

1 Pkg. Cream Cheese

2 Cups Pumpkin puree

6 Pkg sweetner (I used 2 different types)

6 drops Stevia

2 Tbl. Cream

1 tsp Cinamon

1 tsp Garam Masala (or combine the cinamon and garam masala into 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice)

1/2 tsp Ginger

3 eggs

1/2 tsp salt

 

Bake at 350° F for 30 - 40 minutes in a lined 8" pan

You could put a butter and nut crust under this.
