1/2 C Butter/Margarine
1 C Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Salt
1 1/2 C Flour
Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the bananas one at a time and then add the eggs.
Stir in the salt and flour to make a thin batter.
Pour into a 9x9" pan and bake.
350°F 45 minutes
I tried to make something that tasted like bananas but was similar to the brownies that I grew up eating. I removed the cocoa and put in flour in it's place, and took out half the butter and replaced it with bananas. Then a splash of vanilla to round it out. It turned out really well, and after the pan cooled it didn't take long to make a big dent in it.
