Meatloaf

Glaze
1/2 can Tomato Soup
1 C. Water
2 tsp Vinegar
2 Tbs Brown Sugar
1 tsp Dry Mustard

Meat Loaf
1.5 lb Ground Beef
1 C. Bread Crumbs or Oatmeal
1 Onion
1 Egg
1.5 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper

Bake
350 1.5 hrs

I grew up eating this. It is still one of my favourtie meals combined with oven baked potatoes. Peal, slice 1/2" thick, rub with oil and bake until golden brown and delicious. A side of seet green peas makes it a tasty meal that brings back memories of my childhood.
